HaptiMOL ISAS

HaptiMol ISAS is software that provides haptic rendering with molecular graphics to give a deeper appreciation of the shape of biomolecules by augmenting our sense of sight with touch. By using a spherical probe that is the same size as a water molecule, rolling it over the biomolecule is equivalent to exploration of the solvent accessible surface.

Additional functionality includes the ability to show crystallographic water contained within the file as "Ghost-Molecules". Residue colouring is also available through residue sequence number or name and specification of chain ID as an option.
